Medplaya hotel Bali review

Stayed 26th October for one week. Found the Medplaya hotel to be very good, typical 3 star as expected. Very clean, staff very nice, very helpful and pleasant. Number two in Bali is very good, lots of space and splendid views of the bay and pool. walls are paper thin so could hear both sides of the room. The average number of food, plenty of choice for adults, not so picky children! Hotel very busy half term for families, too many kids hanging about in gangs, running up and down corridors, playing with elevators and very noisy at night.

Failure to use the kids club for only 2 staff 150 children in so unable to offer appropriate services and then stopped on October 31st, Thompson, very very poor service Thompson! Not always able to use all the facilities on the property, due to the amount of tourists as a truly complete and although a large hotel felt he was guided by the number of guests at a certain time so a limited number of the evening in the bar and restaurant, is always rising. Balamendena beautiful resort will definitely be back, probably not in the same hotel as it is found to be too busy for us.
